  1. Not meaning to pick on Hermit or anyone.  I just believe that all of us should question the law and what it stands for.   Many schools have archery programs and I am not sure of Ithaca but if the kids are shooting in school my point would be they are breaking a law.  I also apologize to Hermit cause I know you are a good guy. I was just venting over an incident we had on Cayuga while we were bowfishing.  My bad

  2. I have to chime in here the invasive species CARP are a great fertilizer and if you want a green garden and grow great strawberries kill a pile of carp in the south end of LIBERAL ITHACA and fertilize your strawberries with them, then sell your "green" strawberries to Wegmans or the "green" market in Ithaca.  Or go freegan and put your sign out and beg for money!     Really a bowfishing bow cannot be discharged in Ithaca "on the water" get real!  Or if you have a problem with kids having fun and just want to yell at us for shooting our "bows and arrows" then maybe you shouldn't rent your little cottage for the weekend.......   Just saying      BTW   I did not take my kids back to some great spots to bowfish the mentioned areas. Why because of the same people infringing on our rights ,  give an inch take a mile!   City limits should end at the waters edge!  Oh wait I did see a guy on the water with a dog begging for food and maybe a beer...... NOT

  3. No I don't.  Not many guys out there doing what we do just because it is such a pain to get licensed and you can not charge for the track unless you are a NYS licensed guide.  You can try (deersearch.org). I do not belong only because I did not agree with some techniques of teaching and handling dogs (nothing personal just different style)

  4. NYS law does not allow me to charge for the track.  So I figure out the expense to get there and back and usually we put a min. of four or five hours into the track, if not found sooner.  Typically it is just a tip thing to take care of gas and "dog treats!"  My dog loves to track and so do I... Good luck this season hope ya all don't need us!     But if you do we are avail. 24/7..... :)

  5. We are located in Spencer NY. I am available and willing to travel within an hour or so to track wounded deer.  My cell is 607-738-7860 I am attaching a pic of our biggest buck find to date.  My dog has 5 years of tracking experience.  Give us a shout if your blood trail ends with no deer!  John and Sheddy.

Come on now you trust some tuna raw from who knows where or how long it has been exposed to who knows what. Definately not gas station sushi here :)  My recipe is slice thin strips and dunk in soy sauce, never have I been sick and it is delicious!!!!  Freshest best sushi you will ever have be sure to rinse and filet carefully no guts/ crap...  Oh for a really good treat try walleye  yum...  PS go to Wegmans and look at their salmon selection of sushi,  farm raised not salt water.....  check out how much you pay for a few thin slices  astronomical!!!   Eat at your own risk my attorney told me to add
