  1. Did 3 kings in 155fow 50-100 down 2 slippers and another 20# Couldn't resist the e-chip
  2. Lost a Dipsy shot 200 out over 210fow on a green dot spinny
  3. Inside right now looking for a derby brown. 35fow just did a 9.5 on a cheated blue dolphin.
  4. 75 for the king on a white e-chip- everything else was above 40. Our 15' rigger went crazy today tons of steelies that jumped before the rigger popped
  5. Yea besides breaking my cup holder and downrigger it's been pretty good. It's nice to see a king on the deck
  6. I think it's threaded. It should be an easy one. Lol the price of catching fish. Back into the wind (west) and have only done one more. We got to 259 before we turned around and I think the bite is about done
  7. Fleas are in. Not horrible but they're starting to show up. On a side note my rigger clutch **** the bed and here is the result of me panicking. Any idea how to fix this one? LOL 2 more steel aboard also. 5lbers
  8. 1-2 240 seems to be the lucky number. We've done 2 steel and a king in the past 15 min
  9. Started in close this morning for browns nothing going. Poked out had a good screen in 80 still nothing. Once we got to 160 it was on for steel. All up top 15-40' In 240 now just landed another. Our biggest so far- were 2-4 all steel
  10. Walk up the creek. There's a lot of holes up there that hold them. Float minnows/worms/crayfish and you should do alright. Keep in mind the same holes you pull smallies out of also hold trout in the fall/ winter Try fishing the bridges on rt 19 also.
  11. Yeah those things suck. Ill have to bring a dust buster next time I get to the boat. There's about 500 in my cuddy from yesterday.
  12. Sweet! We had trouble finding the silvers today- we did about 20 lakers and a skipper king. Stayed in 100ish all day as that's where the bait was. Wandered to 200 twice and anytime we left 110 the screen crapped out on us.
  13. My fault- today is the 19th. Ha! Got out to a choppy miss O this morning with a few hungover passengers. Searched around from 100-200 with a blank screen- came back into 70-90 and there was bait all over the place. Ended up 1-2 (laker landed king lost- looked around 10 or so) 15 min after we got on the fish we had to run in as a face turned green.. North wind must have blew warmer water in as the top was 61. Hopefully this weekend ill be able to get out more than 2 hours LoL
  14. I would use the big Scotty releases for any copper/ leadcore applications. The Amish outfitters seem to work best on inside waters when long lining mono.
  15. Agree w rich. Last year we got lucky we had high 60s on top this time of year. The fish were in their water and it was easy picking. With 50* temps this year from top to bottom the fish are so spread out its not even funny. Also the lake has already flipped once as last year I think it may have flipped once the whole year. Wait it out keep fishing and you'll be back on them soon enough. I think our first real king (15+) was caught June 18th (I'm out of sandy) last year. Wait til late Aug when you mark 1000 in a day and can't get anything to go. Lol that is much more frustrating!
