    i think alot of nice bucks will be taken, they seem to be all on their feet. wonder if full moon will mean better mid day hunting.

    Finally after seeing bucks chasing does away from me, I saw a doe coming my way and heard a grunt. I spotted this buck making a scrape. I hit 'the can' call and he came in on a string to 15 yards broadside. Perfect shot behind the shoulder, and heard him crash 50 yards away. Gotta love the rut in November!

    My brother got a beautiful 9 point this morning. He said he had rutting action all around him.

    Went down for a quick morning hunt, just me and my lab, ended up getting my limit of mallards. My black lab is now in her 3rd season and its great to see her work. Now it's time to concentrate on getting my buck.

    Sk8man, would you use color though on Sutton's that are half chrome, half brass though? That really was my question whether that combo does better as is.

    Went out this morning and fished with Eruprecht out in the lake in front of the river. Did a J-plug program until 9:30. Went 1 for 2 getting a nice 24# hen first thing with a glow green. Fished 10-15' down in around 28 fow. Didn't see alot of guys hooked up. Some fish jumping though. Wonder if we should have went up the river....

    It's amazing to see how many times they can do a follow up and not strike. Makes you wonder on those days when you don't move a rod whether the same thing is happening... Great footage, thanks for sharing.

    both great sites but for some reason I cannot find the colors I want to buy. with all the selections they have, they do not offer the colors. weird.

    I went out to Fat Nancy's the other day to buy some Stinger flashers but colors I was looking for were not there. It's easy to find places that sell the standard colors but I am looking for some colors that Stinger offers that I cannot find in stores. I went on some websites also but same thing. Any suggestions? Or do I just need to wait until Spring?

    Setup in 80 fow and trolled out past 140. Tried every sd I had without moving a rod. Tried spoons too but could not get anything to work. Marked some hooks down anywhere from 60-100' over 120 fow. I know I am new but it seemed slow. Anything else that worked?

    Thanks, we thought it was around 12# but without a scale who knows. It actually had pretty good girth on him but pictures are hard to judge. Still really happy.
