10/4 on the Barnes Im running 250 gr Expanders over 120gr BH209 in my Omega...heading out the door in a few to get some meat

I just set one up for a buddy I ordered him the new breech plug and it and a bunch of other supplies are sitting here waiting for him

I'll switch him over from 777 to Blackhorn 209 in the spring

You gotta love this place everyone is so encouraging and just a ray of sun shine. 

Soak liver in salt water and white vinegar

clean and slice into approximately 1/4-1/2" slices

Then soak in milk 1 hour before preparing 

dice some onions and bacon

fry bacon till cooked

fry onions in bacon drippings

remove both and set aside

 Dredge liver in pan searing flour

Season with salt,pepper and garlic powder

Pan fry in bacon drippings

When almost cooked at onions and bacon to pan

Turn heat to high and finish with Sherry  

I always turned my nose at liver also but I guarantee this aint your grandmas liver!
