Finished the season in a tree. Had one sneaking through brush lot, just couldn't get a good shot. Tag soup for me, but learned some things this season I will take into next year. Congratulations to all, merry Christmas, and of course thanks for a great thread. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk -
Keep em crossed one more day. Didn't see anything during my sit. Walking back to truck one was standing 100yds. Of course just waved goodbye as I stood there holding my rifle in one hand and stool in the other. Should have sat in truck! Would have been a ell of a lot warmer and productive. Yea, really thought I'd find her within 100 yds. Tried to redeem myself tonight but nobody showed up for the party Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

No luck recovering the doe. 2 of us looked since first light. Covered the entire brush lot up to posted property. 3 inches of fresh snow hurt. It sucks. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Hit a doe tonight. 60 yds, did the hind leg kick and took off. No blood, backed out, hopefully get her tomorrow. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Big Willy, your pictures are a testament to the work you are doing. Significant numbers of healthy whitetails out feeding during daylight at this time of the season, amazing to me. Congratulations on your efforts, hope you continue to reap the rewards for many years to come. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Nice. I was watching a field similar to yours. Unfortunately, my field was empty.😞 Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Oh I'm going to stay with it till the end. My wife is not thrilled but she does support me. I may not drop a big boy, but I'm with it to the end. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk

Aw no, please don't take it wrong. I've had a good season. Just haven't put it together. Have not seen a buck in gun season, just the way it is where I hunt . Had one sneak out tonight, just couldn't see it good enough to shoot. Not giving up. Back at it tomorrow, working till the end. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
