Ended up going shallow as the day moved on catching our biggest king 45 feet down in 57 FOW...my day started at 3am and just got home but well worth it! Sent from my SM-G935P using Lake Ontario United mobile app
Out on my buddies boat, 5/6 all in 90 FOW. 2 on dipseys #3 setting 150 feet back, 3 on riggers 57-59 feet down. Everything on GRC meat rigs, with some sort of green. Little choppy, some 5-6 footers earlier this morning.

Some of you, especially in the Rochester area, may know long time local fisherman Pat Yohon. He has recently fallen on some hard times, injuring his lower back at work while trying to lift a storm drain cover, which caused bulging discs L4 L5 S1. He now can't work, insurance and workers comp are giving him the run around and bills are starting to pile up. He does have a side gig, making trolling flies(great for Salmon) http://grctrollingflies.com but doesn't make to much, especially with fishing season about to slow down. I was able to convince him to start a go fund me, link is: https://www.gofundme.com/fundraising-to-help-with-medical
Pat's a really good guy, always willing to help out others...it's tough to see him in this situation. If you're able to help out, whether it's buying a few flies or donating a few bucks via gofundme, I know he would be extremely appreciative.
Thanks for the info... fished out in front of Aurora, did pretty well on the lakers 80-90 feet down in 150-200 FOW with FF. Copper was only pulling in bass when I was trying to run shallow for bows. Kept one laker... Sent from my SM-G935P using Lake Ontario United mobile app
Gonna be docked at cottage in Seneca Falls but figured I'd head towards long point. Any suggestions? Sent from my SM-G935P using Lake Ontario United mobile app
I'm heading down to Cayuga from Sunday-Thursday, looking for lakers and salmon. Haven't fished there in 20+ years. Any advice? Planned setup is copper down the middle, dipseys on the wingers(no riggers on my boat). Flasher/Fly and spoons. Do j-plugs or kwikfish work?
Been doing all my fishing at Olcott, thinking about going to try Niagara Bar towards end of week. Anyone doing well out there, how many FOW? Sent from my SM-G935P using Lake Ontario United mobile app

I've been doing pretty good off a torpedo diver, clipping it on after letting out about 50ft. Sent from my SM-G935P using Lake Ontario United mobile app
