  1. That looks like a great time! Probably the most comfortable hunting you could ask for!
  2. Our first hunt of the season we set up on the edge of a pond in the middle of standing corn. Tossed some floaters out, some on the jerk rig due to lack of wind, and had a fun day! Sent from my SM-G981U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  3. I'm in the same situation but I figure at this point in the season, I'll keep searching for a "must buy" deal on a fish hawk or I'll wait until next year to buy a new one. Good luck with your search!
  4. Sale fell through, bags are still available Sent from my SM-G981U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. Ordered bigger bags so these do have to go. $100/ b.o. They've been used twice now still in like new condition. Sent from my SM-G981U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  6. That actually makes a lot of sense and I didn't even think of that being the culprit. Thanks for that input! Sent from my SM-G981U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  7. Idle is about 650, the problem i was having was the thermostat wouldnt kick in and cool the boat unless I was running around 1k rpm. Replaced the thermostat and had the same thing going on when we went out the other day, which is the only time the bags have seen water so far. Today I replaced all the belts on the engine and I think that may have fixed that problem. Plan on going out tomorrow morning to see how it goes now.
  8. Unfortunately I bought them through fishUSA and they won't except returns on them after being used 1x. Sent from my SM-G981U using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  9. I have a 24' chaparral. The 22" bags are supposed to be good for 18-24' boats but slowest I could get yesterday was 3.2 mph. Running the same rpms without the bags ran me around 6mph so they did help, just not enough for my boat.
  10. I have 2 22" amish outfitter trolling bags for sale. Ordered them last week and rigged them to my boat just to find out they don't slow me down far enough and now that they've seen water one time, I cannot return/exchange them. Paid $120 for the set and would like to sell them for the same or trade for a set of 28" bags.
