It measures right around 32 feet long, model 31FRBH, (BH is Bunkhouse) has 2 slide-outs, comes with hitch. Garage kept! Go off grid with full solar power. BH stands for bunkhouse, this model has a set of bunk beds in the rear, queen bed in the front (new $900 firm mattress), plus a sofa bed and dining area that converts to bed.
