jigged the river for an hour..nada...spent the next 3 hrs castin shore line bays and points.1 follow of a tiger and lost one when i set the hook...lots of bait boiling out of the water but that aint nothin new...poor outin but the eve was beautiful....and so long 4 now;john

eyes from the weekend

did multiple limits this weekend all fish caught under 18fow,saturday i was solo and had 3in the boat by 730am..sunday 3 guys in my fishing partners boat 9 eyes by 730am..all jiggin on a black jig...ill i can say is wow..no ice fishing left alot of eyes in the lake....or im gettin really lucky....and so long 4 now;john

fished from 8pm till midnite..tried the river and it was flyin.way past flood level.........fished the harbour and the lake front...caught 1 brown and no eyes,,,but it was a perfect nite,great sunset and nice moonrise......and so long 4 now;john

tried jiggin for a couple of hours till the rain and wind blew me off the water..no eyes and 2 silver bass.and so long 4 now;john

caught most everything that swims saturday including an 11lb cat. 3 guys got 3 eyes many pickrerel and a few smb.....sunday finally found some eyes in less than 10fow.2 guys limited out+ jiggin black and white bucktail.. a smb and a very large sunny ....and so long 4 now;john

with oneida water temp at 50.im torn between 18-24fow or go 10ft deeper>>>>never had an open this odd with low water and above water temps.....and so long 4 now;john

try jb weld..the stuff is amazin..sticks to anything is tough as nails and you can mix it your self....ive used it in lots of applications....or ypu ca go to bps and they SHOULD alum welding stixs..and so long 4 now;john

fished fronm 630 till 1030 at the rr bridge and the mud lock.1 perch and 1 crappie..saw the eagles flyin around so that was cool..fishing suxxs though..and so long 4 now;john

ok i read the proposed law with the link offered by musky bob[thanxs] from what i could tell its for 16yrs and younger and or if someone on board is 16 and is operating the boat an adult WITH a uscg is required...what did i miss???/im 40+ ive OWNED my own boat since i was 12yrs old and never had a accident...lucky..mabey..if the powers to be want to enforce this on NEW ownership..fine..exspecially bassholes who fly by a 40+mph with no regard to you ..they are the least courteous people on the water.bar none.....and so long 4 now;john

got to harris park at 630am fished till 4 doz minnows where gone[1230].caught perch ,rockies bull heads 2 pickerel 1 northern and a bluegill .crappie. you name it i caught it..great morning to be fishing...and so long 4 now;john
