  7. Bob we have seen a lot in our 63 years here on earth. We caught more than our share of woman and fish. We have seen some great things man has advanced in over our 63 years . We have put away our share of the bar room beverages from Ripple to the finest Scotch . Now this is your day and may it bring you all you dream of, now be careful what you wished for , because at your age it could hurt you.
  8. I met up with Cecil and his brother Bruce at Bridge Bay and we were on the water by 8:15 am. I met Cecil just after he moved to Lakehead. He and his brother are both from South Africa. These two guys are really hard to understand when they are talking, but they brought some great food for lunch! We had Puto with a dipping sauce, along with Boar-wors with bread. It had quite interesting flavors. I had the planer boards out and the pair hooked into 12 fish and lost them. There was plenty of A&E aboard today. Just as I was about to call it quits for the day, they finally got it down and landed a double. Now there was one good take down Bruce had. When he had the lure aboard he thought a piece of the lower jaw should count for something. It was a pleasure meeting the brothers, with some frustration on my part, watching people lose fish all day. But we will do it again. Hopefully without losing the fish. All fish came in on Silver Streak spoons and Smithwick stick baits.

That I had the privilege to fight by there side through GoNoi Island, Arizona Territory into Dodge city . Our time in history was many years ago, Just as we followed our fathers into hell many years before us. now another generation looks the beast in the eyes . all in the call for freedom. 18. Guys I usually troll between 2.5 to 3 mph gps surface speed. Just wondering what you all did back east and what lures worked best for you all. Many lures, spoons & flies you all have talked about ,work great out west here as well. I assure you my credit cards will tell you so. So now are winter fishing is starting all the way till spring, I was hoping of finding something I have never used out here , that would hook up more Rainbow trout with. I know, Ray there all bait by east coast standards, but hey we have to work with what we have out west here.
  19. What do you guys find as a good speed on the surface for big boards after Rainbow trout in the fall through Spring ? What are some of your top spoon producers for these Rainbows ?
