  1. I am looking for someone to be my observer. I will be coming from Toronto. You are welcome to fish with us on the Friday and we can work out accommodations if necessary. PM me your info and I will call you Aaron Found an observer! Thanks TANGLEWEED! [ Post made via Mobile Device ]
  2. Creating 1000 new jobs, pumping $$$$$ into the local economy and diversifying their business. Really! Someone can see a problem with this? If they dont do it someone else will and maybe it will be done in another country. Look at it as a positive maybe they can keep building boats longer. Tiara was doing 300 boats a year in the not so long ago "Good Times" and now they do around 30!
  3. Go to the St Petersburg Times sports section and find the "Captains Corner" it will tell you how the fishing is and you can call and hire the capt who writes the article. At the very least you will know how the fishing is.
  4. From what little I have read about this line it appears that it is easier to work with. Any of you guys have any hands on experience?

  8. Thanx a lot guys. I will be adding a couple of bags this year and will prob go with the Amish ones. Thanx for your input Lastminute
  9. I have read about how the use of bags on either side of the boat greatly increase handling in rough conditions. I dont know anyone that uses them and would like to hear from some guys that do. I also would like to know what manufactures are preferred. I was looking at the bags on Amish Outfitters but they say that the bags are NOT for trolling.
  10. Its a salvage or they forgot a 0 on there. always search comparables online if you want to know the hi and low price. Another good reference is http://www.nadaguides.com/SectionHome.a ... p=0&f=5601

  12. These riggers are on ebay and as of now the high bid is over the asking price here!
  13. My Depth Raider just came in the mail from Cabela's. I read alot about them and it came down to DR or Sub Troll and the DR won. Looks better and its priced better also.
  14. Thanks YT. I think that I am going with Cisco. I just need to figure out if they ship to the great white north
  15. Hey Yankee Troller. Did you order from Cisco or from one of the dealers.
  16. I am in the market for new rod holders and I need some input. I have ran the Big Jon multi-position rod holders for a while and I would like to go to a track system this year. I don't dislike the Big Jon's but there are certain things that I'm not crazy about. What do you guys think? I don't like Salty's cause of the butts in the way. The Big Jons have a limited amount of adjustment, I want to vary my angles. Cisco's look nice but I like the look of Bert's rachet system, is there a rod holder with lots of anjustment that rachets?

  20. I am going to add speed and temp at the ball to my boat this year and I have a few questions. Will the 840 interfere with my fishfinder? I am looking at the 840 cause I have seen them for sale around $250-$325 where as the new ones are $600-$750.Sub-Troll is another option but again $ is an issue. What about batteries? I have heard that the 840 eats up 9v's pretty good. Any help would be great.
