Looking for a safe place to store my boat and trailer on the north end of Cayuga. I have a 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive and would like to keep it close to the lake and just come up with my truck and launch. Would consider dock for part of the season . Any ideas? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app

I thought it was just me thinking no one has manners anymore. Maybe because I'm 63 I still feel my late father would slap me in the head if I wasn't courteous. No one says thank you anymore it's sad Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
Finally bought a foodsaver big game model. Love it 110 volt or 12 volt for use in the boat. Should have bought it sooner Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
Camping on a lake near my home. Last year had the boat on anchor with a float broad daylight someone pulled in cut the boat loose to get the anchor ball. Glad they left the $150 anchor on the end of the rope. Asked neighbors when I got back at the campsite no one saw a thing Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

I'll only take lake trout from one lake if I'm going to eat them the rest of the lakes i put them right back in. For some reason whether it's the cleaner water or what I don't know Cayugas lake trout are The only ones I will eat Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

When I started this conversation all I wanted to say was it was nice to go out on a charter once in a while where you can relax and let someone else do all the thinking for you. I didn't want to start something where a nice guy would get badmouthed Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

I though so to and reading about all these guys filleting and packing on the boat I thought it was legal. Here is what DEC says. "Illegal to possess walleye black bass brook trout lake trout or Atlantic salmon that have been cut dismembered filleted skinned or otherwise altered so that the species and total length cannot be easily determined Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
Someone set me straight I thought it was illegal to fillet the fish on the boat I thought they had to be left whole. Am I mistaken Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile app
