Bear with me this is my first report ever. Launched at Union Springs started trolling when we hit 100 foot fished from eight until almost 11 AM with nothing. Tried a bunch of spoons all different colors flies and flashers nothing. Tried 50 foot deep in close out to 150.11 AM switched to stick baits first fish on a dipsey and a rainbow Rapala trolled on wire with dipsey out to 300 set on 3 off Aurora.28"Rainbows my best on Cayuga.After that 6 lakers in 1 1/2 hours All on various stick baits.Pointers on posting appreciated. Looking for a safe place to store my boat and trailer on the north end of Cayuga. I have a 2 1/2 to 3 hour drive and would like to keep it close to the lake and just come up with my truck and launch. Camping on a lake near my home. Last year had the boat on anchor with a float broad daylight someone pulled in cut the boat loose to get the anchor ball. I'll only take lake trout from one lake if I'm going to eat them the rest of the lakes i put them right back in. For some reason whether it's the cleaner water or what I don't know Cayugas lake trout are The only ones I will eat Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

I though so to and reading about all these guys filleting and packing on the boat I thought it was legal. Here is what DEC says.
