I made my own. I went to Wally World and bought some composite cutting board and ripped it the width and dado’d the edges to fit under the track edges ‘Bout Time Mike

Thought it would be cool to start a thread with deer taken on State Land. These two were both taken on state land in 7R this year. The big 8 was shot by my buddy and I’m holding it up just for size comparison ‘Bout Time Mike

Guys down at camp took two. One 7 and a beautiful 8 that had great mass. For me I saw zero ‘Bout Time Mike

One spike in field in way in. I sat and watched him for 15 minutes until he walked off. Made it to stand and had a fisher and a fox come through 5 minutes apart. Spike came back and worked field edge and then was gone. Cameras were pretty quiet last night. ‘Bout Time Mike

Cameras were active all night and early Morning. Busted by a doe on my way into the stand this morning. Had this guy come within 10 yards of me. It took him 40 minutes to cover 80 yards. He was checking every bed and had his nose in the air searching the entire time. Took his time and just wandered off. Now just need to big guys to do the same ‘Bout Time Mike

One squirrel so far for me today. Cruising last night and one daytime yesterday ‘Bout Time Mike

All nighttime movement for me so far. Nothing seen during daytime. Does are coming to fields 5 minutes before/after sunset. ‘Bout Time Mike

Had over 80 pics from last night between 645pm - 545am this morning. 5 different bucks and a ton of doe. Wind was not in my favor so I had to sit in a stand I normally save for gun season. With the leaves gone and timber removed from logging i quickly realized it had to go. I found a nice transition area from field/hardwoods to bedding area with some thick stuff. Two fresh scrapes along the edge. It looks promising. ‘Bout Time Mike

Tough weekend for us. One deer in cut bean field at 620 am on my walk in, too dark to see what it was. Perfect conditions but no movement. All cameras have been dead including nighttime movement. Rain here for next two days .... ‘Bout Time Mike

Must be the day. I let them walk but it was tough to watch them sit there for 20 minutes ...... ‘Bout Time Mike

That is my property. It is a 250 acre farm that the owner leases out to to Co-Op. I am at the mercy of what they plant and when they harvest. My “section” is between a bedding area and the crops. I either get movement first light/last light or not at all. I’d love to own a piece of my own to plant some plots but I cannot complain as I have somewhere to hunt ‘Bout Time Mike

You see more deer in one night than I do all season. I’m excited to see one or two a day out my way. Love following you guys and all the stories. Makes for my long “eventless” sits tolerable ‘Bout Time Mike

Oswego county wind is ripping and temp is 55 but feels like 30s as it’s going right through me. A good sway in my tree, and not even a squirrel to be seen. 30 more minutes hoping for something to show itself ‘Bout Time Mike

Haven’t been out in a week due to my wife having back surgery. She had a good today and told me to go out this afternoon. Been getting a lot of deer on my cameras all week so my hopes were high. Just heard a different pattern of leaves crunching from the squirrels. Sound was getting closer and coming my way. I stand up and grab my bow and wait for it to come. Then it shows up. Someone’s 60lb dog running loose ...... still feels good to be back in a stand ‘Bout Time Mike
