    Todd thanks for the reply. I think my original question was asked wrong. I probably only gonna hit Ontario a few times a year. Browns and maybe Lakers 100 ft of water, and kings in the fall. The rest of the time would be Lake George and smaller lakes. I am looking at this design compared to a Lund 1875 design. Cuddy setup won’t really fit for me as this will be part time family boat

    Guys I’m looking at new 18 ft wellcraft CC. What are your thoughts on this design for fishing on lake O. This is a big investment for me to make and any input would be appreciated. It is the 182 fisherman platform.

    I am looking for an 18 to 20 ft boat. Must be outboard. Mid 2000’s to current. My max is 27000 to spend. Any out there?

    Looking at new boats . Anybody on here have a starweld. I am looking at an 18 and a 19 fter. I probably only hit Ontario a few times a year. Looking for feedback.

    This is my first year out really enjoyed it. The only thing I could see to change is probably could use a little bigger venue. But otherwise can’t wait until next year!!!

    Medium rod weight is enough for kings? What weight line you running in August and September for kings?

    Ran up to Mexico and Oswego today after the Brewerton show and checked the lake out. Launches looked good but the lake did not!!!! Rough would be an understatement!!!!

    Not positive what you call it but I know there is a plastic flat plate that you put on boat to mount trans on. Do these just epoxy or do you screw them on and where can I get one?

    That’s what I was thinking. The only problem is my swim platform is in the driver side of my boat. I don’t know how bad the boat would lean to that side. It is a 16 ft smokercraft.

    I have seen some discussion on kicker platform brackets on here. Can these be used on a small platform. I am wondering if there is enough support on my small swim platform to use one?

    I’m trying to find more info of the brewerton show. Is that a pretty good size event. I am going to try to make it to it as long as it doesn’t conflict with an ice tournament that I usually fish

    I am hoping to make it out to this. A little closer than the Niagara show. Is there usually a pretty good turnout?
