  3. All good advice. My 9.9 yami high thrust runs three riggers, gps/fishfinder, lights, radios, washdown and even the laptop.. I knock knock have never had any problems as well. Also, I run deep cycles. Good luck! Nick
  4. Try not to mention the names of the creeks. However, the drive to watkins would be worth it! If your looking to fill the seat with a local, let me know!! Capt. Nick
  5. How many of us are " million dollar electronics captains"...? [ Post made via Android ]
  6. For that rig. I use a lower pound test then the main line so if you get caught up, you will just lose the weight rather than the rig. That's the way the great grand dad showed me.. haven't fished a rig in a few years... [ Post made via Android ]
  7. Ray, did you know that that boat over infront of the park, at one time was over near the the west side towards the pier area. They had moved it way back when. This is info from my family and the Schuyler County Sherriffs.

  10. Jennings, for sure. Thank You. I work on the 26th. I will get a hold of you soon. Nick
  11. Seneca, the south end of this lake is one of the best of the fingerlakes in the winter. With this season be reasonable, you have many launches to choose from and great fishing only 200 yards from the launch at either one. Riggers and flat lines is all you will need to enjoy a day on Seneca. This time of year till about June is the best ever. If I had a winter boat, I would be on the water right this minute. Good Luck to you and let us know if there is anything else you need to know!! Welcome to the site. ps. Remember all vessels under 21 foot in length require all occupants to have their life vests on. Be safe and happy fishing. Nick
  12. Hello, no, the beauty of it is that I do not have to use the steering wheel. However I am able to trim both motors and turn full both ways. The T4 system is only attatched to the Kicker and kicker only. nick
  13. For Steering, I would use the Panter T4 system for the size boat you have. I use it on my 9.9 yamaha four stroke HT and it works awesome, I can control it from anywhere in the boat. They also have a wireless option for it as well. Check it out, and you might like it!
