I agree. I understand both sides, opinions. Also, how these opinions have potential to have scientific facts if studies, become facts. I have no worries on this debate. I just like to understand the arguments or disputes so to speak, from both sides. Been a good ready to follow. Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

I believe the notorious coolant/oil issue is the cam seal, right? Nothing that keeps them apart but a o ring or something. I know an amberjack for sale down near Watkins Glen. Twin screw. 4.3L engines Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

You can make any platform sturdy enough enough. Be sure to re enforce the supports. Add more if you have too. I've done a few. Currently in process of doing mine. Each motor may require more support or different dimensions on a bracket. Just remember that the prop needs to get low enough into the water so you have control especially when choppy. I mean we had tough Fishing for trolling this past year, I blamed the weather and potential lack of fish. Both were an answer, especially when DEC stated in person that they felt there had been a lack of forage for trout the past 7 years, with that said, they reduced stocking efforts significantly. Unfortunately bait sampling was only done on the north end. This past fall 30k Lakers were introduced, this spring another 25k I believe, along with bows, salmon and browns.... Changes take time... Perch, I have no clue on, i recently learned how to target them. Even with that said, it's by luck. Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

I see both sides still. Waiting for an answer... Whether my license is obtained legally to charter or Joe smoes licenses were obtained legally, why can't he sell them? I pay for bottles water? I pay for city water? I pay for natural gas? I'm trying to see both sides here. Honestly. As an outsider looking in, the decline in perch, isn't it possible for one moment, that zebras, quagas or even gobies can be to blame as well over the past fifty years? I just want documented facts... Not opinions.. Sorry. I just wanna see the picture as a whole.. Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app

I'm curious as to the what classifies the commercial fisherman, the aspect and view that a person who obtains a sport license shall not be allowed to create a source of income on a public Fisher baffles me. My question is, what is your opinion on charter captains? Because the trips we run, simply put, put money in our economy, whether if be, hotels, licenses, eateries, and whatever else ma cause a customer to a use their money towards a day of fishing. Either way, I will say, it's $ in my pocket. I'm sharing our fishery, although I don't make squat, but I am able to keep a boat and hobby. This subject baffles me. It seems only a few select bodies of water are "hurt" by the commercial sale. Where is the proof? Because I for one have not yet seen the devastation described. Please fill me in. Politely I may ask. As I do no understand. I know for a fact, my business has not hurt the fishery(TROUT and salmon). Nor ones alike. If this all comes down to perch fishing, and the taking of perch, the rightful number the state has given us, where is the actual issue? I guess I just want more answers, or facts to the honest. Not from an angler view but a biologist view please. Any links? I'd like to read up. Sent from my XT1080 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
