  1. Here's what I came up with, yes they may not be the best names ever but we're at least getting somewhere now lol... Plus I'm gonna leave most of the name creating up to you guys in the future.. Mike And this is a fly came up with last night that I like a lot.. Sent from my SM-N910V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  2. Looks great Rick thank you... I looked into a few last week.and ended up with one but still trying to get time to sit down and do it.. Hopefully by early next week I will have it a bit easier for you guys to tell me which flys your after.. I'm not good at the name game lol... 3. I like the first combo the best and yes run them in the thermocline in early summer and late fall.. have caught many bows browns and salmon on Spinny fly combos Mike Sent from my SM-N910V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  4. Nope not from there lol.. That is the name of my boat (Iron Duke).. I will keep that name in mind .. Thinking I'm gonna have to come up with alot of names here soon....Mike Sent from my SM-N910V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  5. Lol... No there all extremely good anglers... That's one thing about our club is the competition is always really close ... I believe last year there was only one two time winner all year long and that says alot... After seeing how tough the fishing has been the last 2 times out on Seneca this year I'm sure this Sunday will be a crap shoot but definitely looking forward too it.Mike Sent from my SM-N910V using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  6. Seems like each of the last few years we have a real mild hardly any snow and very mild temps but then when we think it's about to be spring we actually have winter hit... SUCKS!! MIKE
  7. Oh ya definitely gonna be tough .. I can promise you that . Mike
  8. First off let me say I had a extremely hard time picking a winner because all the names were great... But I decided since we are on a Finger lakes page to go with a name that has to do with them.. As most of you know or may have actually fished in it last year the Finger Lakes had some amazing bright green colors that were actually caused by algae.. So I think Algae Bloom is a great name for this Finger Lakes Fly.. Congrats to Shawn393 on winning the 2 free flys I will be PM ing you shortly .. I think we will do this from time to time on some of the new stuff we come up with... Thanks guys for playing... Can't wait til the next one... Mike
  9. Last day to play Name this fly game.. Winner will be announced around 9pm tonight... Winner will receive two free flies... Gonna be hard to pick one with all the great names given so far... Mike
  10. These are all sounding great guys, be hard to pick one for sure... i will pick a winner tommorow night and let you all know and P.M. The winner...Thanks everyone for all your positive comments and I just hope we get the last of this cold weather behind us and we all get to get out and enjoy some fishing... Mike

  12. Lol.. That first flys name is Frogger. . Lol. Lets play name the second fly.. looking for a great name for that fly. It's a super UV with green UV and a little bit of clear Pearl first person that gives me the best name I'll let it go for 2 days will win two free flies. Let's play name that fly and let it begin now Mike
  13. Couple More New Flys For Us Finger Lakes Guys .. Gonna Try To update everytime I deliver something new. . Mike
  14. Thanks again Sk8.. I think they are all winners but I have a feeling those clear UV flies are gonna clean up on any of the lakes. .. Here's hoping anyway.. Mike
  15. Thanks ... The two flies with the clear UV Material will look like this under UV lightMike
  16. Few more Flies from this week.. Some of these UV flies are gonna be killer.. Anyone interested in any of these flies PM me for prices... Mike
  17. X2... There's a huge difference between snaggers and Respectible Stream fisherman.. I agree with Sean a hundred percent you're not fishing when you're standing over a Crystal Clear Creek lifting a fish you can see.. When I'm not Tournament Fishing I release every fish I catch when I'm on my boat unless there's a friend with me who wants a couple.. The 1 rainbow limit has been the best thing the DEC has done in years on certain Finger lakes and tribs.. We all need to get together and work together to protect our lakes and streams so that our children's children will have a chance at what we have right nowMike
  18. I don't believe he will be hauling his tub... lol... Camp looks great. Perfect Dock & Lift exactly what you need congrats Mike
  19. Lowrance makes a hook Series now that are entry level and also a Elite 9 for not much more than the 7 Mike
  20. One thing about Lowrance which I highly recommend to any one trolling is when you power them on for the first time it will walk you thru the set up and ask you about 10 yes or no questions about how you plan on using the unit and what kind of depth your gonna be fishing... It basically sets it all up for you, you don't have to touch adjust anything and if you do get playing around with the setting there is a reset to default you can press in the menu and takes you right back to when it was new out of the box and will walk you thru the process as many times as you need... I highly recommend the ELITE Series... Elite 7 or Elite 9 are both great unit and you can get it with chirp which is down scan imaging. .. I honestly never use the down scan just regular fish finder but if you want you can run all at once on your main screen... Lowrance makes some great units and the Elite Series will get the job done with out draining the bank account I can promise you that... Mike
