  2. Putting any fish into the boat in June is a good thing....... APPARENTLY! ______________________________________________________________ Nice Job Chris.....fishing is easy....catching is hard. Good job!
  3. Tim and Jeff......great report and awesome brown!!!! And too bad the Steelie wasn't much bigger. I think anyone with a 10lb 1oz or bigger Steelie is going to place! We had a 7lber this weekend. So close....hahahahaha
  4. Joe, it was a good evening... What is killing me is that I keep taking friends out and getting Lakers and small kings, when four solo trips in the last two weeks have produced for me a 19, 24, and 25 lb king!!!!
  5. I was running 2.2-2.8sog and 2.0-3.0 down speed. Found some currents top and bottom and as I weaved i kept changing speeds. The king hit shortly after I had set up...was running about 2.3 at the time. At one point I had a strong current behind me and was running 2.9-3.0 and the laker took the dipsy. It seems they were biting anything thrown at them. I will admit after I had 8 and was trying to get to 10.... I slowed down a bit 2.2 to target the lakers!
  6. And there we have it......fishy No.10. Another 6-7lb laker on the 175 diver over 105'. Pulling lines and calling it a day! Gone to Chicago for the week...so no fishing til Friday evening or Saturday!!!
  7. So....then the 175 dipsy takes a rip..... And another 7lb cookie laker!!!! 9th fish landed....sun is setting, but threw diver back over to try and get the 10th fish, before I leave for the night!!!
  8. Thanks for posting the pics Nick....my app for uploading continues TO NOT WORK!!!!!!!
  9. Did another double on the same 90 rigger and 175' dipsy in 115 5 and 7 lb laker Got reset and turned around. And boom....other 65 rigger with green dolphin took a 6lb laker
  10. Booyaa........doubled up on twin lakers about 7-8 lbs each. One on the 90 rigger (dropped it 10') with the ff/fly and then while reeling that in....175' dipsy with white pearl SD and blue fly gets hit! Glad bit was not kings! Hahahaha Over 115'fow And temp 90'foot is 39.3degrees
  11. So here goes got out a little before five and set up in 90 foot off water Took a shot on diver as it was being let out....lost it Got the 80 rigger with flasher fly set and 30 seconds had a nice lake trout on. Lost the fish and entire set up about one minute in Three down a backup flasher fly set up to 80… Set up my third pole and turned around and 80 rigger was already going. Darn fish took me 180' charged the boat got to 60 and turned around again ran out 240 feet before I landed the 25 pound king Salmon!!!!! Been fishing less than 30 minutes in 100 220 foot of water
  12. Great morning to be out, but not too much fish out deep. Maybe should have stayed on the inside water but figured we would only pick the lakers. Will head out this afternoon on my Bair at 4ish. More updates to follow!

  15. Well two hrs in and only one swing and miss! Reading Nick's reports over in Sodus and sounds a lot of the same. The only thing biting are the F'n flies!
