Myself, Corry Redditt, Ken Madigan, and Frankie Gerramonte fished sat, and sun, weather was awful, as everyone knows, but, got into a few eyes and had a great time! 8. I just completed a project on my old boat by replacing all my old rod holders and swivel based on my down riggers. I settled on a Cisco track system for three reasons. 1 customer service. These were the only folks that bothered to return a phone call or email. 2. The folks at Cisco were genuinely interested in what I was doing, called me and asked me questions and offered many suggestions. 3. Value! I,was given the opportunity to compare product quality andprice. The Cisco products, IMO, by far was a better value. Material, workmanship, and usefulness Surpassed anything else I was able to get my hands on, and at a comparable price. Check them out on their website, don't be afraid to give them a call, ask for Mr Dave Logan. Hope this helps, tight lines
  9. I guess I am sorry I started this topic, I am a little embarrassed I think I will just give these things to some one I don't like,
  10. Thanks for all the help! Maybe sometime in the last 40 years or so of running planer boards I have forgotten something, old age setting in I guess, I will keep working on this problem. As far as as my otter boats go, they were set up as,per Rick Hijecki's measurements, I will check them again, thanks Sent from my VS990 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  11. My intentions were to run three boards off each side of the boat, one dipsey, one down rigger line. At least that was,my thought Sent from my VS990 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  12. Been running otter boards with double keels for some time, they work very well with 1 copper, multiple lines out you get a great big bow in the tow line, then nothing works right Sent from my VS990 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  13. I have left for the weeks work, quill get the pictures you request as some as I can get the boat back in Cayuga 'll. Boards won't plane out to the side, drag off rear corner of boat, 10 colors of lead core, 50 lb power pro braid backing Sent from my VS990 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
  14. TX 44s won't run OK guys, I am in trouble again! I purchased 6 TX44 planer boards and 6 replacement stainless pins. These were intended for multiple copper/leadcore rigs. I read and reread all the information I could find on these. Went to bloodrun's site , read and reread their suggestions for modifications for use with copper and leadcores. Set my rigs up with the proper braided backing, proper placement of rod holders on the boat. Bottom line I can't get these damned things to work! They just want to drag along behind the boat. I've nearly ruined one of these things moving the clip/release(witch I think is junk), forward back, up, down! I'm pissed, you got the idea! Could anybody give me any help? Thanks!!!!!!!!!
  15. Nice outfit pole setter! By the way, sorry for, posting, this topic twice Sent from my VS990 using Lake Ontario United mobile app
