  1. Wanted

Perhaps it was only the 3100 models..... in 1992 deadrise was increased and a step placed in the hull to improve handling characteristics. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  2. Wanted

Was it 92 or 93 they redesigned the hull with a step? Somewhere in that vintage if memory serves.... Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  4. Beefy is better on SLR, IMHO.... Structure and invasives really put your terminal gear to the test. I use 25# braid to 20# seaguar floro. Has worked well for me. Tight lines! * I do use a lighter setup when jigging. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  8. Enjoyed a quick morning of gills, sunnys, and perch on the SLR today. Perch were really biting but did not have time to chase them as I had family stuff going on. Perhaps later this week. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  14. It really is a numbers game. No matter how experienced we are the probabilities catch up with us at some point. All we can do is make the best decisions possible with the info at hand each and every time we go out on the ice. We all know its a calculated risk each time we fish. Be safe out there. Be prepared. 15. That is crazy. I fished johnson yesterday and it was open water at the end of johnson shoal or just beyond. Hard to believe guys were fishing herrick the day before. This has been a crazy season as far as ice conditions go..... Never can be too careful I guess. Glad nobody took a swim or worse. I couldnt buy a perch saturday. Marked several walleye and iced one..
