  1. Preferably in the rochester/finger lakes area. Doesn't have to be in great condition. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  2. I'm looking for a windshield for my 16ft boat. One that's 20-22in wide would be optimum but not 100% necessary. I could make others work. Thanks!
  3. Cool. Red tacoma. Sometimes I stop and ask how you guys are doing. Goodluck! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  9. Thanks. I got two 30 amp breakers for the riggers and a 60 for the trolling motor. Should be safe. It's an older fish finder. 2007 I think Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  10. I just purchased 3 connectors and plugs (seadog brand) 2 for the riggers and 1 for the trolling motor. My next question is how would you guys go about wiring up the boat. I'm going to rewire the whole boat. Clean it up a bit. I've got 2 down riggers, a 24v trolling motor and a bigger fishfinder (8in color screen). Should I hook up a downrigger to each of my trolling motor battery's? I found last year my fish finder was draining my motor starter battery so I ended up hooking that up to one of the deep cycle trolling motor battery's but that ended up causing interference issues. I replaced the motor starting battery this winter. Should that keep my fish finder running all day now? I just don't really want to add a 4th battery to the boat for the riggers and the fish finder as that's a lot of weight for my 16 footer with a 40hp on it. Advise? Thanks for the help already guys. Really appreciated. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  11. I think that's the route I'm going to go. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  13. Thank you! I would appreciate pictures a lot. I don't believe these are auto stop. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  14. I'd love to do it that way Les but I don't think that's in the cards financially. I looked at some older threads and saw someone used a male and female connection for a trolling motor. I think I'd just have to leave the ground wire not connected to anything bc that connection is a 3 way. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  15. Screwed up with the second picture on the original post. Maybe somebody had some laying around they want to get rid of...can't seem to post in the classified section BC of a prefix issue of some kind. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  16. What kind of power cord am I going to need to get for these older cannon mini mags? I'm not sure if I can just hard wire this without a cord or not. I'd like to be able to remove them from my boat easily so hardwiring them may not be an option no matter what. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  17. Can they be adjusted to use on smaller fish such as walleye? Do they always have to be used with rubber bands? Thanks. Never used them before. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  18. So would blacks released be optimum for this application? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  19. Thank you. What is the advantage of two smaller bags vs one bigger one? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  20. I've got a 16ft aluminum boat with a 40hp on it. Just looking to use one trolling bag. What size would you guys suggest? Looking at the Amish bags. What type would you guys go with the regular or the heavy duty ones? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  21. The gears? Like the metal shaft with the small gear on the end of it? I've been looking at the schematics. I'm worried about spending 150 then having to put a couple hundred into them. At that point I could have bought some mag 5s or something or just went with the invaders. Anyone know how much weight these manual invaders can handle? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  22. Thanks guys. My next question is do you think 150$ is reasonable for two older mini mags? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  23. How deep can you run 10lb torpedoes without having to much blow back? Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
  24. I've got a 16ft boat that I want to equip with downriggers this year. I've got an old set of invader manual downriggers laying around. I'm not sure how much weight these can handle. They look pretty solid. I've got a buddy who's selling 2 cannon electric mini mags for 150$. They look to be older. I want to be able to run 12lb torpedoes off my riggers as I want to do some trout fishing on Lake Ontario this summer as well as trolling for eyes on conesus. I know 12lb is the absolute maximum for the mini mags. I'm wondering what your guys opinions are on what I should do. Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United
