    I’ve done a ton of research on copper wire setups for trolling for Kings. I know a lot of people hook them to in-line planet boards but no one talks about hooking the actual copper to the release. Most go past the copper and set it up on the backing. Can you hook the copper directly to the copper or will that kink it? My guess is no one does it because it kinks. thanks for the advise in advance

    Seeking recommendations on a nice place to stay that has its own boat launch? I'd like to trailer my boat after fishing to take it out for charging but would "like" a place that has its own boat launch so I don't have to drive to a nearby one.

    I am looking to get into a bigger boat. ! I love my boat but it's just not EXACTLY what I want. What I have for trade: 1998 Starcraft Pro Elite 1800. This is an 18FT aluminum deep V hull. The boat has no leaks, all electronics work ( except maybe the speakers, I think they work but they sound horrible) Has 2 lives well, one up towards the windshield and one smaller one the back transom, and had a bait well. Has 1 2-bank onboard charger. Comes with full enclosure Bimini top with no tears. Well maintained. Zippers and snaps all in great condition. Boat comes with 2 batteries, a cranking battery for starting and a separate one for the electronics. The motor is a 90HP 4 stoke Honda. The boat has no hours gauge but I would approximate the hours on the motor as about 300-350. As you can see in the pictures the motor is in immaculate condition. Well taken care of and always serviced. I have absolutely 0 complaints about this motor minus the fact that it won't be going with me to my next boat. The motor has power tilt and trim. The pictures speak for themselves. An awesome boat and the only reason I'm trying to trade is is to go bigger. Some of the accessories in the boat are not included but can be for the right price or fair trade for your setup. It's all negotiable Boat comes in a EZ Loader trailer that has good tires and a surge break. All new lights have been installed and all work perfectly. What I'm looking for: looking for a 22-24 foot boat. Tell me what you have. Preferably 2000 and up. Obviously a boat geared towards trolling. I'd really like to stay with outboard or at least have a kicker motor for trolling. Like I said, if your boat has gear with it, we can negotiate what you keep and what I keep it just straight trade. I am for sure willing to do trade and cash to upgrade. Just tell me what you have ( for sure text me pictures) and we can see what we can work out. Text or call me at 575-693-6976.
