I appreciate all the info. Like I said, I'm not set on one specific brand, I just love the way my Honda and others I know have lasted. I haven't seen very many motors for sale anyways but I'm keeping my eyes open. -

Tested and motors sound great and do what they are supposed to. Counters work and are easily reset. Clutches feel smooth/ not sticky. I was able to come up with one base. Comes with quick connect cables / both sides.

Thinking of putting a new motor on the the Nympho for this upcoming season. Evinrude 70 has treated me great but I'd like to enter the 4 stroke world. I can get over 30mph with the 70 and I'm not looking to win races or pull tubes just yet. Perfect motor would be a Honda 90-100-130. Open to other options as well, if I can swing the deal. Not saying no to an injected but 4 stroke is top of the list. Let me know what's out there ! Thanks!!!

First Timer Looking for Some Advice

2 riggers and 4 dipsys is a great program. You won't regret the rigger purchase either. Once you start yanking kings over the boat you will quickly forget about the Erie eyes and riggers are a necessity for the kings. If you don't buy riggers and stick with the 6 dipsy spread, I recommend a mag on the insides and standard size on outsides so the mags dive down fast and out of the way. If you haven't done 6, I do not recommend even trying it as green kings can get the lines tangled in a jiffy, not to mention the room for human error. Either way, enjoy your trip and get ready to be wow'd -
