What would be a good launch at the Niagra River for some spring fishing?

There are a couple options.  If you're going to fish the bar/lake you can launch right at the fort.  The northern most ramp is a little shallow if you have a larger boat.  There is also a launch right in Lewiston if you're going to fish the river.
