Coleman 9.9 4stroke outboard.

While leafing through Craig's List last night,  saw a 20 horse and a 9.9 Coleman 4stroke for sale for cheap. My first reaction was that the advertiser probably had his info wrong, but as I read farther into the specs, it turned out that these outboards are made by a company called Watersnake. I googled "Coleman 9.9" and both on Amazon and Walmart these engines are for sale for a few hundred dollars less than Tohatsus. So I tried to find out what this Watersnake company is and every time I went a bit farther into this search it seems that these are Suzuki made outboards.. Does anybody have any information about these outboards?
