  1. Gene, Is this a special deal because you bought the unit or is it available to anyone. Looking for a chip for the Great Lakes too for our iFinder H2O. Thanks, Clarke
  2. Tom, Nice meeting you last Thursday. Good luck when you get out!!! Clarke
  3. Rick, Don't think we will be up there as the wind and wave forecast sounds pretty brutal and in my little boat we get banged around pretty good in big water. Might give Oswego a try on Saturday though. A shorter trip for us if we can't get on or get blown off. Clarke
  4. Between big winds, big waves, and 3 of 4 of our crew being sick (cold and food poisioning symptoms) we didn't get much fishing time in. Friday - one team member came with a cold and got wet first thing off the bat. Was shivering uncontrollably so we packed it in and were back at the camp by 9:30. Had 2 keepers though - nothing big. Tried to go out Friday afternoon but our other ride wasn't acting right and it was kind of rough so we came back in. Saturday - fished most of the day and went 2/3 until the big storm showed up. Again nothing big. Sunday - I woke up at 12:20 a.m. with food poisioning symptoms and not able to fish. The rest of the crew went out at the normal time about 5:30 and were back at camp around 8:15 a.m. Managed to get out to the fishing spot when it turned even uglier and came in. That was the ned of our bar trip.
  5. Gray, We were told it was 9" at a seminar which was different than what the company's instructions said (we were told). However, I know someone who recently purchased some otter boats and it said 9" in the instructions. He said they ran great at the 9" distance from the front hole. Clarke
  6. We will be out of Fort Niagara Friday, Sat, Sun. first weekend of the LOC. See yall there Clarke/Kevin/Smitty/Sam - Waterlogged
  7. No I don't - these came off a quad rod holder that I bought and we reconfigured to a triple. They are available from Tite-Lok though.
  8. 5620 Sure-Set Rod Holder The 5620 series tube type rod holder hinges back for quick follow through when setting the hook. The tube measures 10-1/2" deep and will accept standard rod handles. Like all other Tite-Lok® rod holders, the 5620 utilizes the Pin-Lok System. The mounting screw is included. Cost $39.24 as seen on Tite-Lok Wbesite Asking $40 for the pair or $25 each plus shipping or meet to pick up
  9. I have read on A-TOM-ik's website that 600' of 45# copper will reach to "over 120' ". How speed tolerant is this. If I am trolling @ 3.1 am I still going to have the same depth as if I am trolling @ 2.4 - 2.6?? Me thinks not!!! Any thoughts?? thanks
  10. Rick, Nice fish. See ya at the boatyard.
  11. PLano 7915 Hanging lure box. Original cost $40. Great shape. No cracks or broken sections inside box. Outside like new except for some minor dirt from use on the boat. $25 U pick up or we meet. Can ship but probably as much to ship as cost of box.
  12. Gray, My son is going to be down on the Diaz farm opening day. Good to hear there are a lot of 2 yr. old birds down that way. I am making the assumption you are talking about those birds being on or around your property??
  13. Sigg, Could be. What I was referencing was a device that terminates the downrigger cable with a large snap to put your downrigger ball on.
  14. OK from where in the heck can I order Klinchers ?? Looked at Capt. Garys, Cabelas, Fish USA - all no go's.
  15. RR, Didn't you have difficulty getting the kids to one side to fish "the pool"??
  16. Rick, Are you the same Rick that used to be Fishing Ontario on the radio?
  17. 1ADAM12, See the woman about a fish hanging on her wall. You must be old enough to remember that show :?: I certainly am.
  18. Salmonbound1, Thanks and you will be getting an e-mail.
  19. Ray, I like your suggested name and the reasoning!!!
