  5. Chris.....It was unbelievable. They were like piranhas. Glad I didn't get stung .....I normally don't shoot sky carp. Don't like to eat them. But one of the guys makes em into jerky, so I was happy to help out his effort. Soon enough I will be out there laying the smack down on some Scoters......
  6. Thanks Guys.... Keith, I haven't been out for Sky Carp in a long time. I'm more of a diver hunter at heart. Give me some Bills, Cans, Red Heads, Whistlers and I'm happy...... I have to admit, shooting those critters was just the nudge I needed to get the Diver Boat geared up....
  7. Mark, Ive done pretty well on the Storm swim shads in Walleye and Sucker pattern....The rod, reel and line is about what I use....however I use 50# flouro just in case I get snagged up .....Good luck deep jiggin. Oh Tiger tubes, and Bulldogs work too.
  8. Mark.....red October tubes, monster tubes, and large swim shads.... [ Post made via Android ]
  9. Thanks guys.....I do have his measurements so a repo mount isn't out of the question....Practice C.P.R when I can..... [ Post made via Android ]
  10. Has anyone noticed how big the Cohos are this year? Man there have been some slobs coming over the rail lately...Thanks Bobby...the KOS takes another victim....
  11. Took the morning off from Lady O to get in a little goose hunting. I haven't been out in the early season in quite a few years.....In about an hour we had our birds. I forgot how fun it was to Hear the "thud" when those Honkers hit the dirt.
  12. Bob.....thanks for great products....keep up the great work [ Post made via Android ]
  13. .......I don't have anything nice to say, so...................................................... Thank you Small Tails.......
  14. Outstanding.......Bob doesn't just paint up King stuff....put a Brown on the board with one of his Wicked Tuna spoons....one of a kind Brownie killer.....thanks again Bob. [ Post made via Android ]
  15. Hype? Ok...I guess I fell for it....lol.......I went 2 thousand miles to shoot King Eiders last winter.....Sometimes I would be in a pass shooting situation, or over decoys....I brought the Patternmaster just in case I needed to shoot long....let's face it...that's a trip of a lifetime and I didn't want to limit myself with factory stuff....plus anyone who has hunted sea ducks, knows they are far from being candy a$$ES. Glad I brought it....shot my kings, and a sweet Harli. Could I have shotem with cheap ammo and factory tubes? Maybe.....but I practiced with the PM tube and was confident with the pellet count out to 50 yards...... [ Post made via Android ]

  19. This Am it went from dead flat to 7s in about ten minutes.....It was blowing the white caps right off the waves.......Ugly....Hopefully its calms down a little for the start of the fall LOC.....good luck and be safe man....
  20. I would get in the derby....hands down.....Last summer I had a group of people out ..I strongly encouraged them to get in the summer derby.....At the end of the day the 19 Lb steel head in the cooler was cut into fillets because no one bothered to get in....Happens all the time.....Right HookedUp Bruce? Tipping is usually a customary thing on charters....My thoughts are you should tip according to how hard the captain Worked....If a guy is really breaking his a$$ in the back of the boat all day, then a good tip is appropriate....A good tip can be from 100 to 150 bucks. Good luck on your trip......
  21. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=16602&hilit=Bruce ..........I guess he did have a good time on your charter Bruce.......
