Canandaigua 9/29 UNBELIEVABLE!!! of course a pic for proof
blueghost1 replied to chuck527's topic in Finger Lakes Discussion
yeah, but it wasn't a woman you heard...an excited 8yr old and 13 yr old fighting and netting fish lol! We only hooked up about 7 times, average size lakers and a big smallmouth. We pull alot of copper, but never really tried jigging, kind of getting interested in it! -

Awesome day guys I think I saw you out there last Sunday. We were the 22' trophy working the same area -
Fishing Report Your Name / Boat Name: ============== TRIP OVERVIEW ============== Date(s): Time on Water:8pm-12midnight Weather/Temp:warm Wind Speed/Direction:sw15-20 Waves: Surface Temp: Location: LAT/LONG (GPS Cords): =============== FISHING RESULTS =============== Total Hits: 3 Total Boated:2 Species Breakdown:2 kings Hot Lure: 3/4 glow cleo Trolling Speed: Down Speed: Boat Depth: Lure Depth: Fished the pier with a few friends last night, stole most the action after losing a king on a blue cleo, few casts later I was hooked into a SCREAMER!! The new Riversider 9' casting rod(replacing the broken one ) got broken in the right way with a beautiful 28.5lb king on the scale! About 15 mins later my eggsack rod took off and we were off again. Having a friend with me who had never caught a king, I handed the rod off to him, about 10 mins later landing a nice 16-19lb male. I love getting friends hooked for life on this! Awesome night, can't wait to get back out there! Below is the pic of the 28.5 female ==-Kevin================== SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS ====================

Wind forced us from the final day of the LOC, spent the morning on the North End of Canandaigua. Despite a very strong South wind we managed to fish east to west in front of the pumphouse. Ended a short day 5/8 all lakers, biggest around 4lbs. All but one was on spin doctor fly combos green and glow crush. Only spoon hit was on the slider on a sutton 88. 75/80-110ft was the magic # 1.7-2.1mph. Went searching for rainbows found none , good busy day otherwise

Fishing Report Your Name / Boat Name: Kevin/Blue Ghost ============== TRIP OVERVIEW ============== Date(s):8/29 Time on Water:6a-11a Weather/Temp:Sunny, warm Wind Speed/Direction:sw5-10 Waves: 1-2 Surface Temp: 68 Location: LAT/LONG (GPS Cords): =============== FISHING RESULTS =============== Total Hits: 2 Total Boated:1 Species Breakdown:1BT Hot Lure: grn/blk spn dctr/fly Trolling Speed: Down Speed: Boat Depth: 75-250 Lure Depth: 75-125 Fished Sodus today with little to show! Did 1 brown early around 7-8 lbs 125 down on a black and green spin doctor/mtn dew fly, from the way it sounded the whole lake was tough today! The only real excitement was having the baseplate on starboard Cannon loosen up and luckily caught in time before it took a swim in the nasty alge water! Hopefully it clears up soon so fishing can resume, be back at Monday am ==================== SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS ====================

Question about bass fishermen
blueghost1 replied to Second Chance 22's topic in Finger Lakes Discussion
They really love it when you refer to bass as "GREEN CARP"
