T82 Hit the nail on the head with temps.....Just remember that is a surfase temp not air temp. Can you tarp it then stick in a torpedo heater to heat the area... Just remember resins and the fumes are flammable. so have good ventalation and no exposed flame during application. Either way its tough to do in the cold. Good luck

Save the cutout from the new hole then tape it in from the back side. Less filler used. I use a marine epoxe two part mix for small patch jobs it should work for patching the cutout back in.

A good quality fine tooth hole saw, new ethanol resistant filler hose. Im not an expert but should be easy enough. Good luck

Thanks.... the back is smooth under the rub rail there is no sign of any type of work done to the area. Im storing it for the owner and he has a title for it, so how will it work if the HIN is not displayed on the boat if I get checked?? I will look inside the transom as soon as I can. here is a pic.

Anybody know where to find the HIN # on a 78 searay 240ht?? Not on the starboard transom. got a great price if I can find what is needed to get it registered. Thanks

If the local towns that these parks are located in are given the chance to take them over and run them to thier advantage without the state getting back involved that may be a good thing. or this is what was done with Fort Niagra. Cut my teeth on scotties, used cannons twice and just did'nt like the idea of useing the motor for both power down and up, So I got 2 scotty 1116's for my boat and love the extend ability as well as the swivel base. Warrenty and reliability top of the line. IMO

Why not offer them up for lease for a buck a year and tax exempt Let it stay public but ran privately. I'm sure a person could make a profit

Ya know....I spend 50 to 60 hrs a week at work trying to fix stupid, and I come home to torment myself by reading how some people get to go fishing all day. Thanks to ALL that served. And Major, I also server in the time of the cold war, USAF 82-86 and Bought my first house in 1990 on a VA loan. You do deserve the benefits, I think they were pulling a fast one on you. Some benefits are restricted to veterans of conflict but not a VA Loan. Our country does not need a conflict/war to honor its vets.

If you read anouther post reguarding the three rod rule there are arguements that three rods would contribute to the decline of salmon. Now this says there is too many salmon for the food chain so which is better three rods or a reduction in stocking levels? IMHO give us three rods and keep stocking levels where they are

I have never fished a pro/am but I look forward to it every day, I just need to get a bigger boat and a team together and learn the rules of the lake. imho Fishing a pro/am with open communication kinda defets the competition aspect of a pro/am. I mean I see it as kinda like watching a pro football game where the coaches tell thier apponent what play the are about to run. where is the challenge? Just two cents from a newbe.
