  2. Many of us switched from mono to Floro Leader material years ago mainly to stop the bite offs on meat rigs. It was a near 100% success though the material was pricey.
  3. I just started taking fish vids this past trip and was wondering what you all are using to make some of these vids. I have lots of cuts/ splicing to do!
  4. Four for four - 3 kings - 31lbs & two at 26lbs, one coho. 120 to 190 fow. Coho came on rigger with chartruse nbk pro echip with chartruse atomik fly. 26lb king on the rigger 80'down big weenie ron's morning wood behind a green dot white sd. 31lb and 26lb on purple atomik fly behind a green dot white sd on a walker deep diver 127 at a 2 setting 250' out on wire. Ran 300', 400', 500' copper all day - one with a spoon and two with flasher fly combos with no hits but day before 300' spoon took 3 hits 400' flasher fly took 2...   6. Four for six - two Coho on 300 copper with veggie stinger uv spoon, one 24lb male King on a chartrise nbk pro-e chip rigger 100 down over 185 fow 5 miles east, one small brown 70 fow.

  8. 24 - five for six 33lb, 31lb, 25lb Kings and 26" Steelhead, and one skipjack. 25 - two for four 28lb King, 22" Steelhead 26 - goose egg 27 - four for twelve 28lb, 27lb, 24lb, and 22lb Kings 28 - two for six 24lb, 22lb Kings First couple days all on divers 300 on a 2 setting over 275 to 400 fow. Last two days was 90-95 ft rigger in 150-180 fow with Ron's Morning Wood behind a white green dot spin doctor running the hottest. Lots of broken leaders from Atomik- which i have never seen before. Is anyone else experiencing this? Pretty sure we are up to 7! Video to follow...   9. When the wind's from the east, The fish bite he least! This is something I have been told. I still go when I can go. Tough conditions weed out the the hardcore fishermen from the leasure ones! Persistence and experimentation will succeed!

  13. It's a year later and just finished up the excavation and installed the last door. Time to fish!

  18. 2 for 4, 1 for 2 , 1 for 2. Small steelie, 2 browns and a Laker. Ran 200s, 300s, 90 coppers, dipsys, riggers, Flies, spoons. Not much going on. Did blue water out to 550. Had great company though. Most every where there was 48* temp as high as 25 ft down!
  19. Come on Guys everybody knows you can gage the weight of a fish on by observing the Speed over ground deficit noticed 1 min 15 sec. after hookup on your GPS! Any negative numbers means your snagged!
