  2. I work where we have rescue boats. We are using a 25 hp electric start, by pulling cord due to electric start not working.. the guys here says you need to have the batt hooked up to Pull Start it.. this makes no sense to me... is it true?? thx...

  5. Don't know if ya remember me... but I was out there last night and today... I am new to Seneca. Hooked up last night around 830pm lost it near boat. Today not one hit ! I trolled up east side from Lodi... to Sampson. Fueled, buzzed up to Crows Nest, Trolled west side down from Roy's for an hour... Nothing. I was changing rigs all day... just couldn't get a hit. Disappointing... But I ain't quitting !!

  9. Put in Long Point. 3-4' deep. Large boats can launch saw a 23' do fine. Worked west shore, north, fair. And east shore north - better. Then west shore across from launch.. good.also. All Lakers. 20-30". Boated 20 outta 25. Dipseys green or green and blue , greenish flashers 60-70' in 110-130 FOW. [ Post made via Android ]
  10. Launched 14' boat at south end of launch. 2' of water, turned up mud, short shaft 9.9 Trolled inlet stickbaits. ONE puny LL in 2 hrs...LOL was windy, water brown. [ Post made via Android ]
  11. GOOD JOB HAL !! Way to go on the auto pilot!! I'm prolly years away from getting that!! I would like to get a 4 stroke this year, 9.9 long, electric... (Honda ?? ) and a CARPORT for the boat... ?? I could really use auto pilot for all the alone fishing I do ... so when u see me doing donuts trying to reel and drive.... just point and laff !! I'm getting my boat uncovered shortly... been sick for week and half... slowed me up! I do want to get a switch for my batteries... so I can use/charge either or/both... see u out there soon!! ps... i need a better fish finder too....... mines pretty crummy

  14. I had a great ultra lite St Crox.... my most expensive rod.. and u know.. I set an anchor down on it and broke it before I used it 4 times! LOL.
  15. Yes... Glad u did well... We got there around 1230 - 1750 and did poorly. But we didnt have a kicker motor on boat and speed was an issue.
  16. yesterday Susquehanna River approx 26-27", hefty got 4 ... 2 nice sized, all released Well.... I guess I will share what I have been doing... 7 days there, 7 days on the water, avg temp 82 PLEASE Don't hate me! : Feb 15th 8 miles Offshore Big Pine Key Fla 19' center console 125 hp. : Mahi Mahi (Dolphin fish) Yummy Look at water temp 75.8... They think that is still chilly, felt warm to me! Sea Turtle 5' long Valentines Day.... couldn't be better! I want one of these when I grow up! 30' Contender, 275's Bahia Honda bridge, channel from Gulf to Atlantic, deep. You never know what you'll get here... and the sharks know it. 9' Bull, was eating our Jack Crevalles we reeled in... black grouper on sand perch (released) Boyfriend got the bestest fish: African Pompono, 10 miles off Key West Best wishes to all...   17. Hi Wes.... sorry this answer is so delayed... Rivers are too clear!! Fish are hiding deep holes... Got 30" and 38" Pike in the Chenanago few days ago... on perch/walleye jigs... No Muskies yet... tried at Grippen a couple days... Been getting some nice perch... and fair sized walleyes..(22- 26") I throw back anything over 22.... Only keep enough for dinner that night. The Big Walleye should start soon... I boat fish til hard ice on rivers... yeah... it's time to wear PFD.... water is down to 40 degrees now.. You are BRAVE... in the kayak!!! ...ps.. other day my water pump stopped ... had to run it a few hundred feet at a time then kill it to cool it... did that several times to get back.... hope I didn't destroy it.. in shop now. that was a bad day.... starter motor was dead, I left FF on... Had to start w cord (a first)... then trolling batt went dead... then 15 hp motor stopped peeing... Glad I made it back without calling a buddy to come get me!!

  19. Hey Wes!! That's Hard Core!!! Hope that brown didn't hook you too deeply!! I've been river fishing almost daily in my smaller boat... Nice perch (15.5 in) and Nice walleye (26 in, 7.5 lbs) The walleye should be great come Nov and Dec.... 2 days ago it was snowin and blowin... but I had a heater w us... I wanna take out the bigger boat... but it is so much cheaper to fish around here now... so I can save $$ for a possible Keys fishin trip in Feb..! Hi Ben!... hop all is well with you be well..!!
