    Cayuga Trolling Cayuga lake

We were there yesterday an there was some strong currents in areas. We would be doing 3.1 on gps and probe was 2.1 down 55'. Really need to vary your speeds until you get a hit and note your gps speed. Then target that speed. Varies by direction too. Sent from my SM-G920V using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Funny you say that, a number of years ago I was in a buddies boat and we hooked a race bouy below Myers. Needless to say they are heavy to get aboard an untangle two riggers with line. Sent from my SM-G920V using Lake Ontario United mobile app

Did splash down with my dad's boat out of Treman. East side , North troll. Boards, flatlines, riggers at 12'. Spoons on riggers, sticks on others. Went 13/22, Browns and salmon. Browns were 14"- 18", salmon were 14"-22". Of course lost the biggest one's at back of boat. Surface temp on East side was 43*-45*. No bites outside of those temps. Had to go 2.5 mph to get hits.
