    sux but i dont think the main lake will be fishable this weekend. the ice is shot, reports of some open water out there. and giant cracks near shoreline (apps, jewel, taft, lewis) have to be pretty wide now. if you like panfish then you could get on big bay 5" left of access and 4" right of access. was out all day today bite wasn't very good.

    thanks for all responses. i haven't seen them for $130. Cheapest with a LC i found was $175, haven't pulled the trigger yet

    so you are not fans of the faster retrieve? also don't feel like you should have to upgrade a drag right out of the box, is it really necessary with the tekota?
