  1. Your instincts are correct .... in the spring fish the marks .... the temp is not that important. I found that on Friday it was key to slow way down and troll directly into that NE breeze in order to get the mid day bight going.
  2. Ok .....I'm now at $4500.00 but that is a firm price Buy it now to take advantage of the great Walleye Bass fishing!!!

  8. I'm quite sure I sold this vehicle originally, the list on this vehicle equipped was in excess of $15,000 in 1993. Does it have exterior bearing cages on all the axles? DO NOT use this vehicle as a boat with the cargo carrier on it Awesome swamp machines and will go anywhere
  9. Rob,The boat is in storage, it may be launched if a serious buyer desires a sea trial. You defineatly could run the boat home to Mexico Bay if purchased.
  10. Until the docks get in, I suggest launching at Point Breeze/ 4 C's Marina you will need to pay a launch fee, but that's better than a prop on the rocks!! I would launch at the north launch. Here is there number if you want more info.... 585-682-3995
  11. Thanks for the info on the lakers. We did ok on the browns in shallows, not exactly the action we were looking for, but enough to keep us busy.
  12. Dropped the boat in yesterday, was shocked to see the Oak's water was only 35 degrees! With a calm lake and in need of a shake down I Called my fellow captains Clarence and Ed and split the piers at 2 pm. Lake was calm, water along the shore had the perfect color gradient. Began setting lines, popped a couple fish in the first mile, made a turn and slowed the boat to 1.8 mph. The speed was key in the cold 37 degree water, releases began snapping and drags signing!! Including these whoppers, released to be caught this summer!! Simple cold water program, natural sticks off the boards 8 fow!!
  13. Sometimes the occasional ticket for too many rods can be less expensive than All THAT !!!
  14. The captain has a taxidermy business that is taking up his time
  15. I run a 4x4 rigger all spring....in the prop wash....25' is a long lead off a spring rigger.
  16. I run 2 wires and 2 PP. The braid picks up its share of fleas, I find that globbing them up then giving a quick twist and a pull the braid cuts the fleas right off. Honestly can't attest to one being better than the other where fleas are concerned......I can say I HATE FLEAS!!! Pick your poison and perfect it!
