Ive taken my previous boat a tracker pro crappie 17 to the 2nd bridge many times bass fishing on hot summer days. Right around there are some large rocks and you will bottom out if you pass there. When I trolled the river for walleye summer nights I would only troll to the first bridge otherwise you will end up snagging bottom. Trolling rapalas you will probably even drag bottom sometimes before the first bridge if the water isn't high. It's not very deep after the first bridge during the summer months, but I never went out when the water was flying.
