  1. Last year the property owner of the land I hunt was hunting and had a guy walk right past him during gun season. The owner asked who gave him permission to hunt there and he said the owners name not knowing that he was speaking to the owner... there are some real ding dongs out there
  2. I would have to say It's time to contact the neighbors. 1. to see if he really has permission and 2. to see if your neighbor is level headed and wants irresponsible hunters on their property. Hopefully you know/ have a decent relationship with your neighbor which is not always the case

  4. Fleet has his set up nice. I have my kicker set up the same way with the same valve and panther rod. Trollmaster is a must. My 2005 targa 175 splashwell sits much lower in the water which is my only complaint about my set up.
  5. Do you want something that will compliment your main motor (Matching Mercury's?)Or are you looking for functionality? (either choice is a win win)
  6. Mercury 9.9 pro kicker. That's what put on my Tracker Targa 17.5
  7. I ended up mounting mine on opposite sides of an of the same 8" transom saver board and it works with no problems next to my lowrance hds 7 ducer
  8. I've gotten several land locks this year on cayuga when fishing them 90 to 120 down in laker territory.
  9. Thanks for all the info. I don't think they carry them anymore on fishusa I couldn't find them. I found the michigan stacker stingers on coldwatertackle.com
  10. I want to order some dreamweaver action stackers but the only site I can find that has them http://www.lakemichiganangler.com/store/Dreamweaver_Action_Stackers.htm is not working. Anyone use these with success; they look like they would work. I don't want to make my own I would rather just order them. Thanks for any info!
  11. Good job on the grand slam and really nice Cayuga Bow! I went out this afternoon (Taughannock) and got 5 land locks in a few hours with the largest only being 19" Most fish were 50 down on spoons. I was hoping for a nice bow on my watermelon spoon parked at 50. One LL was caught 95 down on a gambler rig.
  12. Never got a chance to try them last weekend. I figured I would use them as a last alternative if I couldn't get the real thing. Purchased them from hills valley and streams in Elmira. Anyone try them before?
  13. Thanks for the report. I'm gonna try my luck Sunday and Monday.
  14. Thanks, I'm probably just going to mount it near my other ducer and see what happens
  15. Where would I place it with my kicker? I'm afraid the turbulence would affect the readings.
  16. I know it's not recommended in the directions to place your fish hawk transducer near your fish finder transducer. I dont want to drill more holes on he other side of my boat and have a kicker motor on the other side. Can I mount it on the same plastic board as my Lowrance hds 7 touch gen 2? Transducer? I may also be adding the lss2 structure scan transducer as well I just haven't decided if I want to keep it or sell it. Anyone have their fish hawk transducer mounted near their fish finder transducer?
  17. Great Deal at Northwoods! i just paid $649.00 at Cabellas because i had over 1K in gift cards. I didn't feel like waiting to spend cash. If you don't use it you lose it….
  18. Get the Mercury Pro Kicker. I bought one and have never looked back. It's a great investment. Soooo many benefits of adding a kicker!
  19. I really appreciate all the reports! It really gives some confidence about Seneca! Maybe its time to try my usual Seneca launch of Severne again; its been a while for me.
