  1. the pictures above were different days, the crappie were taken in 4' of water on white trout magnets, and white and silver bass asassins on lite jigs. the perch, we caught a lot of shorts this day as well, 30' of water, I usually dont use minnows but this day we had some , super lite bite ,and there was definately a preference that changed by the hour. I had weight on the bottom, one hook up 8" another up about 15" mixed up combinations till we got em to go, minnows only for a while , then plastics, then only plastics with wax worms, and then back to minnows.
  2. winter, open water, black and gold Down in Pa , no ice, no problem, get the boat out.
  3. And heres the last weekend for me on the st lawrence, it was tough going but my son pulled it off. And no, I dont think he was cold, his waders only leaked a little.
  4. the walleye picture was one short, sorry, but it tasted great with duck breast.
  5. Opening day weekend , cast and blast, my favorite kind of weekends.
  6. not sure how much its worth ,looking for some help from the guys in the know .
  7. 1996 20 hp merc tiller Its for sale but dont know how much any help would be appreciated. Full disclosure, it has not been used since 2010, mice chewed a couple wires, and the tiller handle is broken where it pivots.

  10. Just made it with walleye I just caught on the st Lawrence a couple weeks ago. Not real happy.... dont get me wrong it was outstanding.....but everybody ate it and now its gone. Thanks again Bob.

  12. stoneam2006, nice job on the gray fox, I never trapped any but shot a few calling, and they are not as easy to skin as red fox.
  13. longspurs , nice job, great posts. At least your burning some shells, Im in southern Pa. not sure whats going on but havent seen geese at all, we usually get into some late in the season ,and ours goes till the end of the month, goose eggs!

  20. Fyi guys , amazon usually has some good deals on batteries for drills , and another place is CPO outlets which has sales around holidays.
