Bilge Pump Location Mystery Tracker Targa V18

I just spent one hour looking for the bilge pump on my 2011 Tracker Targa V18.   There is a black access panel you unscrew by the motor and I see the aerators but no bilge.   I cant find any other easy access to that area.  I am stumped any help would be appreciated.

I found it!   Turns out they are normally right at the hole where you put the plug.  On the tracker its straight down once you remove the round access panel by the motor.  It is tough to get to but the boat has the Johnson cartridge style pump (Model 2855 500GPH).  This makes it possible to do all this with one hand by feel.   Now I just need to pop in the new cartridge and hopefully  I will be good to go.   Maybe this can help someone with the same struggle.
