Hey, I was just wondering if anyone could help me figure out what the conditions would be to predict Winter Steelhead Runs?

I was at the River November 14 2009 but temperatures were a little to warm I think, Chinooks were still in the river but scarce.

If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated!
