Houseboat

I am in the market for a used houseboat. would like it around 30 ft and on pontoons. any help or info would be appreciated.

I know there is two or three for sale up in the Finger lakes marina. I just remember seeing the for sale sign on the way to my slip. I can not recall if they are are actual hulled or on pontoons. I do know know they are all floating in the water as we speak. There ages my be a deterrent even though they look nice.
