SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS: fishing was a bit slow but we managed to hit 6 kings and boated 3. One was 31lbs. one was 23 and the third wa smaller and dropped a nice one in the back of the boat. A selection of flashers and all Total Chaos Flys. Of course. 230 to 300 foot out from the south dune. most hits came trolling east as I was doing a east west troll. 100 foot down on the riggers was 45 degrees and we took 2 fish there. 2 400 coppers went and dropped both and 80 foot took the big king. Looks like fishing should pick up soon and good luck to all.

Rick,

We grabbed 3 kings in the 19-20 lb range, along with 1 laker we towed around for awhile, in that same water, and even north of the pond, on Sunday.

Greens were the colors that we used.

Scattered bait all though that area.

I think they are just starting to show up now, or at least I hope so.

Scott

We'll be there, as long as it doesn't blow.

www.weatherunderground.com says not, at this point.

It'll be just myself and my gal, Maureen this weekend, as I earned free passes/parking/hospitality tent, for the kids, for the AMA Unadilla Motocross Race, on the 13th.

Sometimes it isn't as smooth of a move, as I'd like it to be, when she is on the wheel,(YIKES) as setting lines is NOT an option either.

Gotta' believe mucho fish are going to come sniffing for the river anytime.
