Looking for a NY bear

Im looking for a place to hunt a bear this fall. I live in Syracuse and will travel for an opportunity. I can offer a trade a hunt if someone is interested. I have 145 acres just north of watertown with plenty of deer and turkeys. Im looking for private land where bear sightings are high.
