Fleas on Erie?

Hoping to head out to Barcelona in a couple of weeks.. haven't made it out yet this year. Last year we had no problem with fleas.. a few now and then.. but nothing like Ontario. Just want to make sure I don't need to reline a bunch of rigs before heading out. Thanks.. Good Fishing, Sluggo (Chris)
