Main Duck Island

Has anybody been fishing around Main Duck Island recently. Last time there the fleas were so bad it made fishing unbearable. Was marking fish but lines were so fouled couldn't keep them down for more than 10 minutes at a time. Spooled some reels with flea flicker to give it another try. Anybody catching fish there yet?
