    Just remember that you can only reel in line up to your dipsey. Figure the length from the tip of your rod to the end of the flasher/fly and still be able to net the fish.

    The wind was all over the place. It came from each direction at least a couple of times during the day, nothing definate.

    Its a well know Fishing Fact #347, That eating on the boat causes your rods to fire more often. You no sooner get bbq sauce on your hands from the country style pork ribs, your pasta platter on your lap, and your mouth full of Blastofart Beer, and your riggers start firing. Heck, you can't even holler "Fish On". :D

    Gone-zo. Hey Blue Eye, can you block this guy from the site?

    On the water by 5AM to fish for walleye. Hit the Southwest end of the lake from 20-25 fow with stickbaits & worm harnesses. Caught 2 pickerel & nothing else. Tried all along the west shore to the North end of the lake throwing everything but the kitchen sink. We were rewarded with 2 rock bass. Off the water at 3:30 & sunburned. Looks like I should stick to skipping stones.
