  1. Thanks Nick... Was a fun day and we got lucky with a big one. Our vet was marine sniper who served in Vietnam. It could not have been a better fit. 3 army vets on my crew. He reeled in that fish in 7 ft plus waves in 550 ft. Took 800 ft on wire. Two face pro troll and atomic pro- am fly. Setting out to 300 took it at 270. He was mean...2 of my crew were sick and took it like a champ. He did mention that you have to have a lot of heart to fish in those conditions. I just told him we are a little touched! Good times! Thanks to all who put this together. I have video of it... Will try to post Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United

  3. I took my brother in law his boys and my oldest son out. We set up at 6pm over 100fow with a awesome screen... Hooked a double on a two face and pro am fly and meat. The fish came over 110 fow 85 down and 300 out on wire. That woke up a boat of boys! Lol. We pulled after that and headed in with a broken dipsey rod(not sure how it happened). There is the mother load of giant hooks in front of plant. I think the boys are"hooked"! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile aplp

  6. That was a brand new copper.... Was rough as hell. Wave got the back of the boat and knocked me down...dropped rod in lake. Then rigger releases. It caught the freaking cheater. I reeled it in. I think Cold Steel saw the whole thing if I remember...all I can say is lucky and rough water! Sent from my iPhone using Lake Ontario United mobile aplp

  11. We fished Thursday and Friday as I could not fish pro am due to a family commitment. In the 2 days we boated over 30 fish with only 4 kings 4 steelhead and the rest were lakers. We worked the lakers in 120fow and missed a couple good kings in the mix. Our hot lure for lakers was a spin and glow with a trash can. We did a 10lb steelhead on a 10 color with a nbk stinger. All in all a fun 2 days of putting fish I boat when the kings are not around. We fished in front of plant all day Friday. Ended up with a 75 point box and in the top 10 of big fish Friday I think...? 12. Rich, You would have a bigger showing if it wasn't on the same day as the Sodus Pro- Am... I know there's some good boats up that way you probably don't want the competition . LOL Just my 2 cents nothing personal.
