  1. We have been reading about these kings up and down the lake so we gave them a quick shot last night...After last week at the bar my hopes were low. We had a really good trip out west. We started out in 100Fow with a really stiff south wind. We set up and low and behold we hooked up with a 15# king at about 145fow 55 down on a dodger fly. This is the earliest king I've caught at home in the last 7 years. I think(hope) this year is going to be good! The browns have been really good when the water is a little colored. This is Mr. Wilson with the king....

  4. Went out this afternoon around 3pm. We manged 5 bites but only got 2 in the boat...The water color is good but the fish seemed to be hitting light...both fish came on spoons. The lake was a little choppy with 2 footers. Wolf

  8. We took my boat out for a shakedown trip last night....things started out bad. The big motor was on 2 not 4. This is after just servicing. Then to top it off, I rebuilt the fuel pump on my kicker and that was not working correctly. Well on to the fishing...We ended up 13 for 16! We had a mixed bag of trout and steelies. With a triple and 2 doubles. We missed the first 3 and hammered them after that. The biggest was around9# and most were in the 3-5# range. We worked 40deg water just east of the power plant running a frog colored Challenger and 2 bleeding stickbaits a blue bomber off the boards and we flat lined red and white little Clio. We ran 2.0-2.2 on the GPS. One of the best trips ever on the lake! (Other than ringleader and screamer pumping the primer every 2min to keep the kicker running) LOL The pic is of the biggest brown The second pic is of the famous ringleader and screamer with a double... Wolf
