Ok, I have got some cabin fever going on. I need to get on the big O and do some fishing! Any one else feeling the same? We need to get fired up! Post a good pic or video of your best fish or moment of 2010! I will start.
Here are some pics of some nice fish pulled in for 2010!
I'm looking for some direction on purchasing an auto pilot unit for the boat. I'm not familiar with them at all. Any help on type of unit and where to find one would be appreciated. Boat is a 1992 245 contender. Thanks.
Thanks guys, fdny76 did a nice job bringing it in! Its nice to see some big ones being taken from sandy. Im thinking there are a few more out there so good luck to all fishing the LOC. Rick, no problem glad to see ya out there doing some fishing.
Quick question, I have a decent 300ft copper set up ready to go. What is the proper way to set it. I tried to set it out with a big jon side planner. do you let all the copper out and then attach to the board with the backing? if so how deep is it going. how do i get the board to plane out. seems to track down the middle. Is there any other way to set it other than the board?
Thanks Chris.

My brother and I took my buddy out this morning for a little fishing. set up in 40 foot worked out to 120 ft and worked a west and east troll from the pump house to the creek. My buddy Brad has never been fishing on the big lake before. He got to pull a big sloppy 16lb 31 inch laker from 90 feet. In a 4 foot chop!I figure this would warm him up for that screaming king! He had a ball!! Nice fish Brad!

SUMMARY & FURTHER DETAILS
====================
I have 2 pairs of Downriggers for sale.
1st pair are cannon lake-troll manual riggers with fixed mounts. These are in good condition. perfect for a small boat. These are perfect for someone starting out.
2nd pair are Walker tournament style electric riggers with swivel mounts. They work very well and one has the cable on it for a sub-troll unit. The clamps for the boom extensions are broke off on both. clamps now hold it in place. These to would be nice for the beginner. I am asking $175 for the cannons and $150 for the Walkers or any reasonable offer. You never know.
Thank you.
