  9. bridget, good report. Fishing last weekend was tough as the south winds have moved what little warm water there was off shore. Woulda/Shoulda If you had brought the boards, you probably would have picked a few lakers. If you'd had gone a little farther north you might have found a few kings, but fish were not "concentrated" anywhere that I have heard. Thanks for the report...Maybe I'll see ya on Seneca for the Laker derby. -Jason
  10. Stf65 The brown in the first pic was on a black and silver yozuri stickbait. If you have planer boards, put some sticks out with long leads (100-120). We usually put the riggers back 80-100. Long flourocarbon leaders (Browns are skittish). Bright colors if it's muddy/Natural colors if it's clear. A little hint: The in-shore browns feed on Gobies so if you can replicate their colors/presentation, you will do well. -Jason
  11. Kevin, Sounds like a plan! Some of you guys have been fishing this derby since before I was born! My dad got me hooked on fishing at the age of 4. While i'd rather be salmon fishing, there is something about fishing this one with my dad that keeps me coming back every year! Jason
