    HI, I am curious where you all get your meat strips for meat rigs. I know they are expensive if you buy them already cut and brined. I was wondering if there is a good place to buy trays of whole herring to cut and brine yourself. Seems like it would be much cheaper and give you something to do over the winter. Any ideas, tips or experience is appreciated.

    For sale are three Diawa Heartland Rods. Two are black blanks and one is brown blank. All are 7'6" med light 8-16 lb line. The brown one is missing the eye insert on the first eye (see pic). Other than that they are all good shape. Would like $75 for all three. Would prefer pick up in either Cranberry PA 16066 or Geneva Ohio 44041. Would consider shipping at buyers expense. Not sure what the shipping would be.

    I am headed to Ontario with a friend. I have two riggers, four wire diver rods and two 300 coppers. Im thinking I'll run two riggers. One low with fish hawk and one mid level. Two wire divers and two 300 coppers behind Offshore magnum boards. My question is if you only run one wire dipsy per side what setting is best? 1, 2 or 3.
